Give a little bit extra for a good cause!
Just 39 days to go!

Sean and his wife Kelly will take on the challenge of the Paris Marathon.  Over the years both Sean and Kelly have been involved in raising money for several charities including Children with Leukaemia, Cancer Research too name but a few.

We must be completely mad! but it's all for a great charity called CLAPA. CLAPA work tirelessly for families with children who have cleft palate and or lip.

Thank you for all your support

Love Sean & Kelly

New Phone System

We have completed the implementation of our multi-line telephone system allowing us to control the calls more effectively and therefore provide you with the excellent level of customer services as you expect, we also have a number of lines linked directly to the DHL customer service line, resulting in the waiting times being reduced.

Calls outside of normal working hours now have voicemails; these are sent to our email support team allowing your enquiry to be processed out of hours, resulting in and outstanding level of service.

I would also like to thank Fatima from our customer services team for recording the messages on the system, for which keeps you updated on the position in the queue that you are along with the voicemail announcements.

If you have any comments on the new system we would like to hear from you.
